The fastest and easiest way to schedule your appointment is to contact Evelyn Rogers, Professional Massage Therapy at 219-464- 4321 or use the contact page to request appointment time. Convenient times are available. You can also request to be put on the waiting list if your preferred time is not available. For your convenience there is an office map and directions available for you to print out.

Cancellation Policy
I understand there are times you may not be able to keep your appointment. This is quite understandable but I ask that the following policies be followed:
A 24 hour advanced notice when cancelling your appointment would be appreciated. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advanced notice, please call as soon as possible to let me know you are unable to come in.
Late Arrival:
If you are late for your appointment your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointment follows yours. Depending on how late you arrive will determine whether we can proceed with the session or not. Regardless, you will be required to pay for the full session.
No Show:
If you forget or choose not to honor your appointment time and do not call, you will be considered a 'no sho'. This is not fair to myself nor other clients who may have wanted to schedule an appointment. Full payment will be required before your next scheduled appointment.
